Nestled in the serene south of Portugal, Monte Cucs has been the haven for many of you for the past few years, and now, we're bringing a taste of that paradise closer to you. Some of you may have sampled Maria’s delicious cooking at one of our retreats and know what we’re talking about, but if you haven’t yet… you are in for a culinary treat…!

For three exclusive nights, chef Maria will honor Belgium’s finest products, blending them with locally sourced ingredients and showcasing the flavors she picked up and techniques she's mastered throughout her life’s journey.
Expect humble yet exquisite dishes, soulful music, and genuine connections, all set in a laid-back environment reminiscent of our beloved Portuguese retreat.

Each night will be an intimate gathering of max 40 guests, where we aim to connect deeply, using food as the vessel for a shared, memorable experience.
